We take pride in providing dedicated and compassionate care to our residents. Our team consists of certified nursing assistants (CNA), licensed practical nurses (LPN), registered nurses (RN), home care aides (HCA), and long-term care workers who are available round-the-clock to meet the unique needs of our residents.
We understand that every individual has distinct requirements, and as such, our staffing is tailored to address those specific needs. Our staff members have undergone all the necessary Washington State training, ensuring that they are well-equipped to deliver the highest quality of care.
For those who require additional support, we offer awake care at night, dedicated one-on-one caregiver support, and the option for two caregivers to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for an extra fee. Our residents’ well-being is our priority, and we are committed to accommodating their needs to the best of our ability.
English is the primary language spoken at our home, and we value the diversity of our residents. Our staff is dedicated to treating all residents with sensitivity and respect for their ethnicity, culture, beliefs, and practices. We are open to assisting with specific requests related to cultural preferences when it is appropriate and meaningful for our residents. Our residents’ comfort and cultural considerations are important to us, and we strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
